We offer a range of high quality, cost effective wet spray finishes for many products from small plastic parts to large off shore fabrications. We strive to maintain reliable turn around times without sacrificing the quality of the finish. Our proactive approach to quality control, which is in line with ISO 9001:2015 ensures the highest service for all our customers.
Our facilities include a 24 x 6 metre shot blast room, a seven stage phosphate pre- treatment line with a wet spray booth capacity up to 24 metres long.
Blasting facilities are available for both metallic and non-metallic substrates with separate process areas. A blast cabinet is also available for smaller intricate items.
A specialist wet paint process line is available for component work which enables two coats to be applied and expedited lead times compared to standard processing methods.
Along with six paint booths ranging from 14 to 24m we have multiple ovens. Stoving facilities are utilised to finish thin film systems such as Xylan, Molykote and Everslick.
We have a large range of British Standard and RAL colours in stock and can also match to any colour you may require.
